Gulfood 2026
The world’s largest annual food and beverage sourcing event returns in January with two sold-out venues and a record-setting 280,000 sqm of event space.
The Canada-UAE Business Council (CUBC) is proud to be a Supporting Association of Gulfood 2026, the world’s largest and most influential annual food and beverage sourcing event, taking place 26-30 January 2026 in Dubai.
Gulfood 2026 marks a historic milestone for the global food and beverage industry, becoming the first exhibition in the world to operate simultaneously across two mega venues: the iconic Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and the newly expanded Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) at Expo City Dubai. With a record-breaking 280,000+ square metres of exhibition space, the event delivers an unprecedented 100% expansion in scale, reinforcing Dubai’s position as the global hub for food trade, logistics, and innovation.
The 31st edition of Gulfood will bring together 8,500+ exhibitors from 195 countries, showcasing more than 1.5 million products across the entire food value chain. Reflecting the rapid evolution of global food systems and supply chains, Gulfood 2026 introduces several new high-growth sectors, including Gulfood Fresh, Gulfood Logistics, and Gulfood Grocery Trade, alongside established categories spanning beverages, dairy, meat & poultry, seafood, commodities, power brands, and food-tech innovation.
For the first time, Gulfood will also activate the expanded Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai, anchoring bulk commodities, national pavilions, and strategic government participation within Dubai’s future growth corridor.
Gulfood 2026 will further convene a powerful global audience of C-suite buyers, investors, policymakers, and innovators, supported by flagship platforms such as The Big Deal Hub, which facilitates targeted buyer-seller matchmaking and high-value trade outcomes. The event is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping global food trade at a time when the food and beverage market is projected to reach USD 11.37 trillion by 2030.
The CUBC is pleased to support Gulfood 2026 and its role in strengthening international trade, advancing supply-chain resilience, and fostering deeper commercial collaboration between Canada, the UAE, and global partners across the food and agriculture ecosystem.
