CUBC Co-Hosts Luncheon with Canada’s Minister of International Trade

The Canada-UAE Business Council (CUBC), in partnership with the Embassy of Canada to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), co-hosted a high-level business luncheon in Abu Dhabi with the Honourable Maninder Sidhu, Canada’s Minister of International Trade, during the Canadian trade delegation to the UAE.

The luncheon brought together senior private sector leaders to discuss Canada’s trade priorities, market access opportunities, emerging investments, and ways to further strengthen Canada-UAE commercial ties.

Remarks from His Excellency Kris Panday, Ambassador of Canada to the UAE, Minister Sidhu, and CUBC Co-Chair Musabbeh Al Kaabi, CEO of Upstream at ADNOC Group, highlighted the strong bilateral relationship and the importance of turning mutual commitments into concrete trade and investment outcomes.
