Canada and the UAE Take Centre Stage at ALL IN 2025
The Canada-UAE Business Council was pleased to take part in ALL IN 2025, Canada’s largest artificial intelligence event, which brought together nearly 6,500 leaders and innovators from over 40 countries in Montréal to shape the future of AI.
This year, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was recognized as the Country of Honour, highlighting its growing role as a global leader in AI and innovation, and the deepening of Canada-UAE relations. The UAE delegation was led by H.E. Mohamed Bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services, and included senior government officials, business leaders, and representatives from the Canada-UAE Business Council.
The UAE’s presence underscored its ambition to accelerate AI adoption across industries, invest in next-generation technologies, and forge international partnerships, including with Canada’s world-class AI ecosystem.
Canada also reaffirmed its leadership in AI, with a strong showing of its global research hubs, pioneering startups, and innovative companies at the event. The presence of Canadian ministers, including the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry, and the Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation, emphasized the Government of Canada’s commitment to advancing AI as a driver of competitiveness, innovation, and inclusive growth.
The Canada-UAE Business Council was honoured to participate in this milestone gathering, supporting stronger Canada-UAE collaboration in artificial intelligence and reinforcing the role of technology in driving economic growth, innovation, and resilience.
As Canada and the UAE mark over 50 years of diplomatic relations, ALL IN 2025 offered a timely opportunity to showcase shared ambitions in AI and to deepen collaboration between our two countries’ governments, industries, and innovation hubs.
