Call for Event Proposals for Canada’s pavilion at COP28
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has officially launched a call for event proposals for Canada’s pavilion at the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
The Canada Pavilion represents an opportunity to highlight pan-Canadian climate action, innovation, and the leadership and collaboration of federal departments, provinces and territories, Indigenous Peoples, industry, youth, academia, and civil society in the fight against climate change.
Key considerations for event selection include but are not limited to: diverse and inclusive representation of Canada's climate action, alignment with Canada's national pavilion goals, alignment with the UAE’s thematic days, and the ability to include and attract an international audience.
The call for event proposals is open until September 1st, 2023. To apply, click here.
